Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 on orders under $150
• Free Shipping: On orders over $150 (Excludes furniture)
• Furniture Shipping (Canada): Flat rate of $345–$545
• Furniture Shipping (USA): Flat rate of $345

Note: Furniture items do not qualify for free shipping.

Processing Time

• Most items take 3–7 business days to process before shipment.
• During peak times (e.g., Black Friday or holidays), processing may take a few extra days.
• Pre-order items require 6+ weeks for processing. Details and expected timelines are available in each product listing.
• Cancellations for pre-orders are only allowed within 2 business days of placing the order.

Shipping to Remote Regions

• Canada: For Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories, shipping quotes are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@projectkalaa.com.
• USA: Custom quotes are available for Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Alaska. Reach out to info@projectkalaa.com for details.

• Canada: FedEx, ICS, UPS, Purolator, Canpar
• USA: DHL, UPS, FedEx

Delivery Instructions & P.O. Boxes

• You may leave delivery instructions with your order.
• We do ship to P.O. boxes.

Duties & Customs

• Canadian Orders: Shipped from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada. No duties or customs fees will apply.
• U.S. Orders: May be subject to customs fees. Project Kalaā is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs—especially on Chinese-made goods due to current regulations.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Orders containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items will be held until all items are available. If you’d like to ship items separately, contact info@projectkalaa.com (additional fees may apply).

Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note: Project Kalaā does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the order is processed.
