Each piece is thoughtfully curated — often made-to-order or one-of-a-kind — and handled with great care. Below is our firm but fair return and exchange policy.
Hassle-free returns.
Not liking what you ordered? We accept returns and exchanges on all products purchased directly from our website — except furniture, which is final sale once dispatched.
Email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery to start the process. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days of us receiving the piece.
Before it leaves the studio.
Exchanges or cancellations are possible only while the order is still with us. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase and before the item has shipped. Once a label is cut, it's on its way.
If it arrives in trouble, tell us fast.
Every Project Kalaā shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. File the formal damage claim with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item, the outer shipping box, and all packaging materials. We'll file the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Inspect before you sign.
For furniture, inspect the piece before signing off with the carrier. If there is visible damage, do not sign — and contact us immediately. Signing off on a damaged item without inspection may void the shipping insurance.
Marked delivered, but not arrived?
Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to surface. If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us and we'll help file a claim.
Address problems & non-collection.
Any package returned to us due to refusal, non-collection, or an incorrect address will be sent back at the buyer's expense and is not eligible for refund. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
