Dispatch & Cost

Processing time, then rates.

Most orders leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Heavy furniture sometimes takes a little longer — it depends on the freight forwarder's availability, and we'd rather get it right than rush. Peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, new collection drops) may add a few days as well.

Flat-rate and free shipping are offered on most items. United States orders are inclusive of customs and tariff duties — nothing further will be levied at your door.

We ship worldwide. Smaller pieces travel with the carriers below; larger furniture is dispatched via specialist LTL freight forwarders.

All items are inclusive of customs and tariff duties — paid by us, never by you on delivery.

Remote regions & urgent orders.

For Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories — and Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands — shipping is quoted case by case. Write before you order.

Need it sooner than 1–3 days? Tell us. We'll see what's available and confirm whether the piece is eligible for immediate dispatch.

At The Door

Delivery, instructions, P.O. boxes.

Leave delivery instructions at checkout — they reach the carrier. We do ship to P.O. boxes. If a package goes missing, write to us; we keep records of every tracking number.
